What is new at T.M. Builders?

We recently moved to a new location at 1100 Rt. 32, Units 3&4 in Uncasville, CT. This gives more versatility to handle each and every customer and their needs. It also allows us to showcase bigger and better displays of our preferred vendors, their products, and different options for installations. Keep in mind that these are only samples. Let us know what you want and we can show you that too, in either a brochure or a get a sample in just for you. We challenge our customers to have a vision and let us make it a reality.
Currently, the fourth house in The Scotland Estates in Norwich, CT. on Andrea Ln. just went in. We have few lots left to go, with two houses on the drafting table slated to begin over the winter and early spring. Starting pricing for homes here is $379,900.00. If you're interested in being a part of this wonderful location, give us a call! We are also getting two other developments going with houses ranging in prices and features. They are all a must see!
Right now we are working on our showcase home in Ledyard, CT. Anyone interested in looking at exactly what we and our quality sub-contractors can do please let us know and we will gladly meet you out there for a complimentary tour. It is a ranch style house with features, finishes and products everyone asks about or has only seen in magazines. Come see it for yourself.
I can hardly wait to tell you about the next one, unfortunately it is not quite ready to be displayed yet. However I can tell you this; it is unlike anything you have ever seen before and you will know someone who will want to use it or wish they had. So please keep an eye open to our website because you will see it here first. This was brought to us as an idea and then brought to life with alot of hardwork from C.C.I. and our office staff to be as efficient and user friendly as possible, it will amaze you.
